v5.61: please make rom/ram usage not "hints"

v5.61: please make rom/ram usage not "hints"

Hi,
Currently, in the IDE's compiler "Messages", the compilation log lines
Used Rom / Free Rom
and
Used Ram / Free Ram
are handled as if it were "hints": they disappear when "hints" are disabled.

Could it be made so that those two lines are always shown, irrespective if "hints" (or warnings) are enabled or not?
