New project - make new directory (tweak)

When create new project, in most cases new directory need to be created. That would be efficient to be handled by wizard: new project name automatically mean creating new subdirectory in current projects directory base. Option to use other directory base can be available.

This suggestion assume:

1. To create and handle global projects directory base.
2. Project name assume the same name for the project directory
3. To show and allow changing individual project directory.
