Active comments printing

This is a suggestion for all languages and all targets. The active comment concept is great on the computer, but makes for a confusing paper printout, and requires you to make sure you print all linked files separately.

What I suggest is some switches in active comments:

1) an option that causes any linked .txt files to be printed instead of the active comment as a comment when the listing is printed, and

2) an option that causes all linked documents to be printed when the program is printed. This would allow for a complete listing including selected documents when the complete listing is printed for archival purposes.

This would also apply to publishing to pdf, since people are going to want to send complete listings to their Andriod and other portable devices sometimes.
