I can't debug through MicroProg debugger

I can't debug through MicroProg debugger

Board power is OK.
If you set in Build/Debugger Type window Release, everything works well. But if you set ICD Debug, error appears
Please, help me

Hi,

what MCU you can't debug?

What version of mikroProg suite are you using? Have you done an update of the firmware?

Can you send me the photo of the error?
