Some PIC16F can't start/stop PWM on RB3

Hi ME's

Well, this is not a problem, only forgotten, when we change the CCPMX bit to get the PWM on RB3
on p16f88 by example, the pwm_start/stop only drives the RB0. Ok; this don't constitute a problem
because it's simple of implement but if the compilers can drive it with your native function will be better.
some thing like "PWM1_start/stopRB0 and start/stopRB3" i believe that all user will be thankfull.
