Replace

#1 Post by naeb » 14 Oct 2009 21:38

When issuing a global replace command, the first token searched for is used in the confirmation dialog throughout the IDE's entire session.

For example: replace all instances of X with Y. For every X found, a dialog box will prompt "Do you want to replace this instance of "X"?" Now replace all instances of Y with Z. For every Y found, a dialog box will prompt "Do you want to replace this instance of "X"?" The same prompt will continue to come up for every replace command until the IDE is restarted.
