MB 4.0 beta : Buble help info

Hi,

In code explorer window/tree, when mouse is over a function name, a small buble help info is displayed. (that's ok)

But when mouse is over Error message, there is no small buble help info displayed !!

Would be nice to display also same buble help info when mouse is going over Error line.
