I am using ethernet libary from YO2LIO ethernet v 3.3

In html page I have text field.
I don't understand how to read string from it.
Do someone have example or something that could help me?

I am using pic 18F4520 and enc28j60

I want to change ip address from html page. So I have text field in html page witch is in pic and sent to browser like in your example. I don't understend how to read contens of text field when user change it and press button to apply settings.
