support for other graphic controller chips

we have an LCD made by Displaytech. it is a 128 x 64 dot graphic display.
it uses a S6B0724 chip to control. can the graphics library support this using the standard library or do a new library need be created.
reason for using this LCD is that it is cost effective and come in varoius backlight colours.

If it is Toshiba 6963 or Samsung KS108 compatible then our library will work with it. Otherwise, you have to make one of your own.

There are many models of displays, it is really impossible to support all of them easily.
