pic 16(L)F18346 i can't program it using pickit 3.0 why? SOLVED

Hello to Every One,
I coosed pic 16(L)F18346 for my project; i bought it; unfortunateli i tryed to program or set it using my pickit 3.0 but the programmer not read it and say me: "device not detect".

Unfortunately I didn't find it for pickit 4.0

How i can solve this problem, please?
1) There's some update file to load in to programmer (pickit3.0) folder ?
2) Or i need buy pickit 3.5 or picckit 4.0 ?

Thre's a firmware for pickit2 and 3, it is called pickit plus (for both programmers)

Replace the unzipped file with the one in the PicKit3 or PicKit2 folder.
