Problem with russian symbol after install Windows 10

I finally installed Windows 10 after Windows 7. And now I have a problem with displaying russian characters in mikroc in c files. How can I fix this problem?
And when I open this file in notepad++ everything is fine.

You didn't have this issue in Windows 7 ?
