Does it really have to be a new forum for every PRO version?
What about old forums - will they vanish after some time?
What with all the helpful data there - and why to force users to search for it in two forums?
New forum?

IMHO i think it is probably better to have the new forum for the pro compiler. I guess it simply sets in stone that the code example and advice you read here is to be run under the pro compiler.
the board search options are great, quick and easy. is it really a hardship to run the search twice when being very selective i.e run for "mikroC" and "mikroC pro". takes a few seconds.
I defo agree that the current mikroC history should not be removed and i very much doubt it would be.

We have not planned a removal of mikroC history from
forum. It will be available along with new mikroC PRO forum.
A lots of problems and solutions were found on mikroC forum
and it has build solid foundation for new mikroC PRO compiler.
We haven't found any particular reason for removing mikroC
history, so it will stay untouched for now.
