easy pic v7 doesnt

easy pic v7 doesnt

Hi everyone, I'm new here
i have easy pic v7 mikro prog suit v 2.8 and mikro c pro v 7.5, but it doesn't recognize my mcu. I'm using PIC18F452, But I have also tried PIC18F45K22,
every time i upload my program a message appeared " device detected unknown, device selected pic18f452,
please help.

I had the same problem and it was pissing me off so i spent a bit of time working out what was wrong. Turns out J2 jumper MCLR pin had a bad connection i fitted a new bridge to it and hasn't missed a beat since :)
