Bad Color Print Preview

#1 Post by giufini » 12 Oct 2009 19:00

Hi, when I try to preview a color print from mikroC PRO beta 3, I get a bad preview on the screen, as shown in the following page:

http://fotoalbum.virgilio.it/gfinizia/m ... color.html

Instead, when I ask for a B/W preview, I get a right preview in black and white.

Is this a bug or what else?

Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for reporting this, I have informed our developers of this issue and it will be corrected. It is not sure if this will be in the final PRO 3.2 release, that's coming out in a matter of days, but in the first following will most certainly be.
As a workaround I can suggest the following:
1. Reselect Whidbey color scheme from the dropdown box, and the color scheme will reload, bu the background will be yellowish-creamy.
2. Open Tools->Options (F12), select Editor tab, and click on Editor colors
3. Set the background of every element from Custom to White, and click OK
4. When you now go to Print preview everything will behave and appear as it should.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

Thank you for your support. Anyway, is it correct that it well be released a 3.2 version of mikroC PRO for PIC? No 3.0? Are there any new relevant features?
