Double click on an item in library tree doesnt work anymore

version 3.20 beta relating:
In former versions one could double-click on every procedure/function
on expanded library function tree for getting quick help.
Now in 3.20 beta this does not work anymore.
It was very helpfull during programming.
Can you fix it?
