Hello Mikroe Team,
I have made in the project settings a boot section of 512 words.
In the avr-flash programmer it shows 4096 words.
if i select 4096 in project i get 512 in avr-flash
a screenshot is included.
(atmega2560)
The device frequency is also not taken automatically from the project setup.
Best regards,
Stefan

yes, this is the compiler bug, and I passed your project to our software developers in order to fix it.
Thank you for pointing this, and once again sorry for this inconvenience.

Re: IDE --> AVRFlash bug?
Hi,
problem fixed.
Fix will be included in next release.
Compiler developers listed options like in the datasheet table, starting from BOOTSZ1:BOOTSZ0 = 11
http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod ... F#page=328
Programmer developers listed options starting from lowest value BOOTSZ1:BOOTSZ0 = 00
Since I belong to compiler developers I think that first solution is better
