COF file for JTAG Debug ?

Generate compiler COF file for JTAG DEBUG or support compiler JTAG DEBUG,breakpoint etc ?

Hi,

Implementation of COF file and JTAG debugging are planned to be included in the
compiler sometime around first quarter of the next year.

Hi,

I am not sure if this is right thread to post to, but I would like to have control over AVR pins using JTAG. Is there any program to do this? Would hing such as http://www.jtagtest.com/ work ? What I am looking for is to record pin states as shown on http://www.jtagtest.com/jtagtest-screenshots.
