Yes we can use them by setting up a Tool with Keyb. shortcut, BUT then you should implement that the messages from the tools readable in your Message Window.
When starting a STK600.exe for programming the .HEX file the window disappears so fast that no one can see if any error occurs.
JTAGICE3 is important for the XMEGA PDI programming.
