Add LEFT$ and RIGHT$ String functions

Hi,

The ltrim and rtrim are implemented in the PRO version of the compiler.
If you are using an old version of the compiler, I suggest that you an upgrade to the PRO version.

Thanks for the tip, but I am looking at the manual for the PRO version and I don't see $LEFT/$RIGHT/LTRIM/RTRIM mentioned anywhere. Can you point me to some documentation on these functions?
