Please remove some config bits for the 18F2550

Please remove some config bits for the 18F2550 (mP v 8.0.0.1):

- _DevID1 and 2
- _IDLOC0 .. IDLOC7

The reasons for this request:
1. According to the datasheet the device ID's can not be written, only read,
2. Toggling one of the bits above changes the settings of _Config7h. This should not be the case. _Config7H has (again according the datasheet) only one bit.

This request is probably also valid for other PIC types.
