ToDo routine - yet another useful idea

What about implementing a "ToDo" feature (like in the Delphi IDE). There, by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+T" (as far as I remember) opens a dialog window where coder can write something like a reminder of what's remaining for him to do. After finishing the edit procedure the "reminder" is put at cursor location as a comment - with a pair of {...}. An easy ToDo browser then can help the coder to see what was planned to be done.
