AT89LP51ED2 definitions

Good Morning
I tried to write definitions for AT89LP51ED2 mcu
I created the AT89LP51ED2.mlk file
and
compiled the AT89LP51ED2.mcl file
the source .c file contains all register and interrupt definitions.
then compiled with the rebuild libraries button.
this 2 files are situated in the \defs folder.
When I select now the AT89LP51ED2 in a project and compile the project
then I got following error : File AT89LP51ED2.mlk not found or corrupted (340).
Something missing in the .mcl file
Maybe you can help me ?
