mikrommb with I2C Pullup resistors

mikrommb with I2C Pullup resistors

Why does the mikrommb not have jumpered pullup resistors for the I2C?
* 1-2....pullup 5V
* 2-3....pullup 3.3V
* --- ....no pullup

It has a display so likely it will be the master.
