Better view for Procedure sizes

In the "Statistics" view - the Procedure(sizes) view is next to useless if you have more than a few functions in your program because everything gets squashed together so that you can't even see what is being listed. Please make it so you can scroll through a proper list of ALL the functions in the new compiler release.

Same thing for procedure locations.
