USART does not see COM ports

Hi,

My project is USART communication between dsPIC and computer. I am using easydsPIC4 board and dsPIC30F3010 chip. But when I am opening USART terminal from main IDE the USART terminal does not see any COM ports, but at the same time I am able to download code into chip without problems. The code I am using is from folder examples -uart1_test.

and send me following:
- which version of compiler are you using
- screen shot of your USART terminal when you run your project.

I need that in order to inspect it, and finding the easiest solution for your issue soon as possible.
