no such file or directory (spfxlib.mcl)

Missing library when trying to "build".

The initial problem was missing fc4128.mcl, but got that resolved. Then it's missing another library file (spfxlib.mcl).

What I tried:
Installed FluentChip along with all of its libraries. Had went to options -> tools to update the search path. This spfxlib.mcl library was not found anywhere in the software or websites(sensoryinc.com, mikroe.com, phyton.com)

Please advise, thanks!
