Simple VRStamp App Needed - WILL PAY FOR CODE

Looking for someone to write a very simple password (PW)application for the VR stamp so I can learn how to get this thing doing something. I have the VR Stamp Toolkit, Phyton Compiler, demo MikroElektronika Compiler and hope to have the Easy VR dev board soon. Will pay via PayPal for source and hex/bin files, maybe some comments and technical assistance loading into the stamp also. The application is basically this:

power on
blink LED1 5 times
goto sleep wait for SW1

SW1 (train button)
turn on LED1 (train LED)
listen for PW for 10 sec
if no PW or error then blink LED3 3 times then ret to power on
if PW then listen again for PW
if no error then blink LED1 3 times or else ret to power on

PW Mode
Sleep and Wait for SW2 (listen for PW button)
On SW2 wake up, flash LED2 continuously and listen for 15 sec
If no PW or incorrect PW after 15 sec then flash LED3 (PW fail)
Continue LED3 flash until PW OK or SW1 (train) or SW3 (ret to PW mode)
If PW OK and within 15 sec flash LED4 2 times
Go back to PW Mode

That's pretty much it. Is this possible with the hardware I have? I just can't seem to get things to work by myself and don't have the time right now to learn.
