Progress...Updating labels

#1 Post by rackley » 14 Mar 2006 04:18

Sometimes during a compile, the progress window gets stuck on "Updating labels..." with a fully green bar under it. The messages tab shows the compile statistics and the IDE is fully functional under it, however. It's like the compile is done but the window just sits there and never clears. Hitting Cancel does nothing, you have the close and restart the IDE completely to get rid of it.

It is a delphi quirck, we tried to solve it in many ways. Some say Delphi 2006 has solved this. :?

Ok,

I have already reported that many times...

But don't worry, no need to close the IDE, you can compile again, provided you don't minimize the IDE ;)
