[PIC 5.03 Beta2] Add the new USB PIC's

There are new USB PIC's being released in the same family which now feature 12-bit ADC's. I am going to purchase and begin some development with these. Please do add them to the list:

PIC18F2458/2553/4458/4553

The incoming release will have them all excpet 4553, which will be added later.
