Pic flash Programmer

Hi,

In order to avoid some errors or some questions about Pic Flash Programmer which doesn't follow flags from edit project window, a project should be automaticaly be compiled (if it needs to be compiled) before to launch / call Pic flash Programmer (F11) from MB.

This can avoid some mistakes with Pic flash Programmer, like to program a hex file which would be not the latest hex file from a modified (not compiled) project.

A bit like when debugging and doing some code modification. Before to start again or continue debugging operation, mB ask to you to recompile project (if it has some changes and project is not yet compiled).
