OneWire : maybe a bug

I don't know if it's a bug ...

Whith the "oneWire example" (to read a temperature on the lcd), if i program my atmega16 without the quartz, only with the internal oscillator, that works fine at 8 MHz and at 4 MHz but that fails at 2 MH and 1 MHz : temperature = -12.5°C ! ! !

I think the temperature probe doesn't like that "treatment"... (?)
