Soft I2C

I get the following message:

"24:4 E-3 Identifier 'Soft_I2C_Init' was not declared LEDBlink.abas" on the following
Soft_I2C_Init(PORTB,4,3)

I get the same if I change "Init" to "Config". The manual is very confusing to me. It says that Soft_I2c_Init is internal use by the compiler, yet all of the examples use it.
I am probably missing something obvious here. Where have I gone wrong?
