problem with rs232

problem with rs232

i have a problem to transmit data from a atmega16 by the rs232port....i look with an osciloscope and i note that the transmision from the EasyAvr is good, but when i try to made the transmision from a circuit (other) the transmision is very slow(because that the transmision is bad).....how can i program an internal oscilator at 8 MHz.......can i do from the mikrobasic for Avr????? or i must do from the AVRFLASH2?????

Hello,

In your avrflash programmer window chose Cal. internal RC oscillator 8MHz and device frequency 8MHz. Here is a picture to show you right avrflash programmer configuration.
