I'm a newbie but I cant figure out how to use the click boards with the setup of NectoStudio and Mikroe AI Pic c. I cannot get them to build because of missing dependencies. One example is RTC. How do use the MicroSDK and the bus? Finally what's in the dependencies i.e., Mikroec.Core and where can I find that info searching for it in help did not bring up anything.

At the moment it is not possible to use Click boards in mikroC AI for PIC, as mikroSDK v2 for PIC is not finished yet.
It will be released soon, so stay tuned for updates.
