small bug in IDE: cursor invisible

Hi,

it can be reproduced as follows:

1) source code window has the focus, cursor is visible
2) entering options dialog by mouse or key F12
3) clicking OK in options dialog
4) result: cursor in source code window is invisible

Cursor will become visible again, when switching to a different source code window and back.

I'm using version 4.0.0.0
