new version?

#1 Post by Punisher454 » 10 Jul 2006 07:05

I have been a user of a few other compilers for PIC's and AVR's for several years. I recently found your pascal compiler for the AVR's and like the looks of it a lot.
I have noticed in these forums that a new version is suposed to be coming out very soon. Any estimate of what sort of time frame we are talking about? I am getting ready to do a few projects soon and would like to try this compiler rather than one of my old ones.

I dont know about what others think, but I find incremental version updating to be a sign that a developer is activly working on improving a product and fixing bugs.

The compiler for the pic's apears to have been updated several times, and leads me to believe you are interested in making it a better product. The current state of the AVR pascal compiler dosent give me as much confidence.
