wrong ozillator freq.

i've some problems!

I use the follow board and mcu.

EasyAVR4 and ATMEGA644. Now my problem.

When i take the Crystal freq in Mikropascal to 16 MHZ, the baudrate to 19200 and take a 16MHZ into the ozillator, i get only 2400 baud transferrate.

What I get wrong.

i've found the error.

the ckdiv8 switch was activated.
