necto sign in issue under Virtual machine

I have a problem with necto studio 1.8.1 that is running under a VMware virtual machine. The host and the VM are a windows 10 pro, the VM is set to use ethernet in NAT mode.
when I tried to sign in then nothing happen, no error but don't access (no sign in). Also in package manager the list of available packages is empty/void.
there is any one that can help me.
