Library Manager?

#1 Post by OT » 25 Jan 2020 13:39

While I am unfamiliar with this flavor of the compilers and perhaps I missed it, I do not see the Library Manager anywhere in ver. 1.0.0 or 1.0.1 trial install of the new IDE.

How to include just the libraries needed for a specific project?

Hi,

You can use shortcut Ctrl + Shift + L, or right-click the project name in Project Manager and choose Manage Project Libraries option.

Regards,
Filip.

Thanks found it. But quite frankly, hiding it that well (multiple right clicks and then eventually need to expand it under the compiler again) is not very user friendly. When source is open, language is given and it should be possible to be more directly visible. Right now, it looks like adding library access is more of an afterthought. The libraries are important resources, a selling point of the compilers and their visibility is important.

The shortcut, Ctrl+Shift+L did not work on my system to provide direct access when I had the source open. One actually has to mark the dependency section for it to open.
