Cannot upgrade Codegrip firmware

Hi all, I have recently purchased a Clicker 4 for STM32F4 and I have been unable to flash or debug anything. When I try to flash some firmware I get the next message in Issues window: "Programming failed. Please update firmware of selected CODEGRIP module to the latest version". When I check the firmware version of the debugger in Codegrip suite, it says 1.6.5 and in Help -> Updates window the Codegrip tab shows available firmware version 1.6.5. As Necto Studio asks to upgrade the firmware, I try to do so, but when I click Scan devices in Updates window, no device is detected, no matter how many times I reset the board.

¿Does anyone know what am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

Sorry for the delay.

Make sure your Clicker 4 is not connected to your PC before you click SCAN DEVICES in CODEGRIP firmware update section, when the 5 second countdown starts only then connect your Clicker 4 to your PC using the PWR/DBG connector on the board.
