CodeGrip on EasyPIC 7a cannot be detected!!!

My EasyPIC v7a used to work quite well.
Today, I tested a new project with my EasyPIC 7a board but the codegrip was not detected! I just do not know how to describe its problem!
Please check the screenshot and assess! My assessment is that the Codegrip programmer power or Codegrip programmer itself malfunctions! I bought it on January of 2022!
I also tested my board by switching to its on-board Microchip ICD interface. I then connected a Microchip SNAP ICD to my EasyPIC v7a. SNAP could programme another MCU as normal. Since SNAP ICD does not provide power to MCU, it proves that my EasyPIC v7a`s power supply is still working.
I have a total of 3 large mikroe development boards! I also have about 30 or more click boards which require Necto Studio drivers and EasyPIC v7a Codegrip to run.
How do I repair it? Is it a bad board?!? It was completely new when I ordered from your shop!
In case my board`s CodeGrip programmer is dead, I need a new replacement.
