CodegripGdbServer.exe not working

I have a Fusion for ARM v8 board, and I'm developing using STM32CubeIDE on Windows 10. I do not have an STLink or J-Link. I found one post here saying that you could run CodegripGdbServer.exe to start up a GDB server that the IDE could connect to, but it seems the executable does nothing.

Is there anything I need to do to get the GDB server running?
