CODEGRIP STM32 DOES NOT WORK AND REQUIRES UPDATE IMPOSSIBLE TO START ...

Good evening,
I bought a codegrip for STM32 on Farnell. The device does not work and the following message appears. Auto upgrade does not work. What can I do?
