CodeGrip can not find the device

CodeGrip can not find the device

I have got a CodeGrip for STM32 last week and it can not find the Device STM32 M4 Clicker
After reclamation by the distributor he send me an new CodeGrip.
But the secont device shows the same behavior. Wath ia the reason?

Hi,
I see that you haven't powered on the STM32 M4 Clicker.
Try powering the Clicker with the USB cable or by the CodeGrip programmer switching the Board Voltage in the Power Outputs section and see if it gets detected by CodeGrip Suite.
Have you connected succesfully the CodeGrip with the CodeGrip Suite?
What settings do you use in the Interface Options within the MCU menu?
