Not fully what you ask, but you may try to turn on the option "Smart tab delete" (F12 -> Open Options dialog -> Options).

This function don't seem anymore available.

Another usefoul function will be change the "procedure list":
Now the procedure list work only at module level. What I whish is extend this function at all the modules loaded...

Will be nice see all the modules charged (in this list) and all the procedures under any (user) module charged in the project.
