Using ST-Link V2 with MiniM4/ARM Pro Compiler

#1 Post by robertheaton668@gmail.com » 15 Apr 2024 02:51

How to connect the ST-Link to the ARM Pro Compiler?

The IDE has setup information for J-Link and MikroProg, but I don't find anything for ST-Link integration

Where would I find information for that?

Hi,

MikroProg for STM32 is compatible with ST-LINK, so you should be able to use ST-LINK as if it was MikroProg for STM32.

Regards,

Ivan.

Thanks.
I tried that, but it did not recognize the CPU. It also seemed to hold the CPU in reset whenever the JTAG was plugged in.

I checked the JTAG wiring carefully.

Do I need to re-flash the Mini-M4 to remove he boot loader?
