Ble-2 with Clicker 2 for stm32 (problems)

So i'm a newbie at hardware programing.
I have a project,that uses the Ble 2 to connect to a smart blub,but i can't get the code right.I tried everything that i could think from the top of my head,but no progress.I'm a bit frustrated,because i have no progress for a month now,so i call for help.
