How do i transfer my licence

Can anybody advise please?

I bought a licence for the compiler a few years ago and have happily used this on my laptop until the other day when my laptop died.

How do i transfer my licence to my new computer? If i saved the licence then i saved details to my now dead laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.
