Unable To Connect to Mikromedia for XMEGA

Hello

I followed all the steps and in the same order as described in the user manual and in other topics in this forum and the mikromedia for XMEGA is not able to connect via the mikroBootloader.

Below there are some figures showing additional information. I am running things in Windows 10. I also closed the mikroC Pro for AVR as suggested in other topic in this forum. Any insights?
