problem with mikroProg drivers (EasyPic v7 / windows 10)

Hi,

I just bought a new pc with windows 10. I have been using so far my easypic pro with windows 7 and I didn't face any problems.
With windows 10 now it seems that I cannot install the necessary usb drivers

When I go to device manager the usb has a triangle. The error I see is in the picture attached (actually it is a screenshot from another user in the forum because mine is in greek but it's the same error)

I tried everything that I could find; uac deactivation, disable driver signature with boot protection disabled, installing as administrator. Nothing seems to work, kind of desperate here cause I can't go back to a previous OS. So any help will be very much appreciated

Please, can you attach the photo of the Device Manager ?
Do you see there mikroElektronika node ?
